Solanie Aroma Sense Peppermint Essential Oil 10ml

Peppermint essential oil revitalizes body and soul with its fresh, cool, mint scent. It refreshes the air in the room, clears the mind, makes it easier to stay awake, helps you think and concentrate.

It is a popular ingredient in cooling, refreshing, soothing and anti-itch skin care products, but is also used in oral hygiene and dental care products. 

Usage: Add 3-8 drops to water in an aroma diffuser. For dry inhalation, put 1-2 drops on a tissue and inhale the fragrance 2-3 cm away from the nose.  For a refreshing aromatherapy bath, mix 4-6 drops in 1 teaspoon of avocado oil, cream or honey and add to a bath of water. To rub in, mix 1 to 2 drops in 1 teaspoon of carrier oil or 70% alcohol and massage into the skin. To make a mouthwash, pour 1 teaspoon of 70% alcohol into a glass, add 1 drop of essential oil, then mix with 2 tablespoons of lukewarm water.  To refresh tired feet, add 3 to 5 drops of 1 tablespoon of salt and mix it in 2 to 3 litres of water. For sauna, add 2-5 drops to a ladle of water, then mixing it and pour over hot stones.

Skin patch test: Apply a small amount of the mixture, made according to the instructions, to the inside of the cleansed, dry forearm. Cover with a gauze pad, fix with a tape and wait 24 hours. In case of skin reactions (redness, swelling, itching, blisters), remove the gauze immediately and cleanse the skin with a carrier oil or soapy warm water.

Warning: for external use only. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use undiluted essential oils on the skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not use on open wounds, in people with epilepsy or hypertension, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or in children under the age of 5. Do not drip directly onto burning candles. When using a sauna, do not drip essential oil on hot stones, dilute it with water.
