The warm, sweet, spicy scent of cinnamon essential oil has a calming and stress-relieving effect on both body and soul. It creates a pleasant scent and atmosphere, energizing, invigorating and can be effective even when you feel exhausted. Thanks to its vasodilatory and warming effects, it increases the microcirculation and metabolism of the skin, so it is excellent for cellulite treatment. Its antibacterial and astringent properties make it ideal for mouthwashes and footbaths.
Usage:
Add 1-2 drops to water in an aroma diffuser. To reduce the symptoms of cellulite, mix 1-2 drops in 1 tablespoon of avocado or jojoba oil and massage into the skin. For a foot bath, mix 1-2 drops in a tablespoon of cream or avocado oil and add to 2-3 litres of water. For saunas, add 2-3 drops to a ladle of water, make sure you mix it, then pour it over hot stones.
