In spring, the weather and environmental changes can affect your skin, so it's time to rethink your skincare routine.
Here are some tips to help you get your spring skincare routine right:
1. CLEANSING: It's important to continue cleansing your skin every morning and evening. Choose light, moisturizing cleansers that don't dry out the skin.
2. PEELING: In spring, our skin can be more prone to increased production of oil and dead skin cells. Take the time to exfoliate/rub your face regularly to remove dead skin cells and prevent the development of blackheads and acne.
3. EYE CARE: With the change in spring weather, the eye area can also become more sensitive. Use a light, moisturizing eye cream to prevent dryness and the appearance of wrinkles.
4. SERUM: Don't forget to use a serum, as the high content of active ingredients in serums helps to renew and replenish the skin's structure.
5. HYDRATING: In spring, the humidity in the air may increase, so your skin may not need as heavy a moisturiser as it does in winter. Choose light, water-based moisturizers to help keep skin hydrated.
6. SUN PROTECTION: As the days get longer and we spend more time outdoors, it's important not to forget sun protection. Use an SPF moisturiser or sunscreen every day.
7. BODY CARE: Let's not forget the skin of the body. Use a moisturiser, especially on drier areas such as elbows and knees, and pay attention to the décolleté.
8. BB CREAM: As a finishing touch, use a BB cream with sunscreen instead of foundation.
