- How to use at home
Apply the gel to the affected areas of the body and massage it in using circular motions. A warming sensation will develop shortly after application and will subside within approximately 30-40 minutes. The heating effect may intensify with sweating or when applied to damp skin. After application, wash hands thoroughly!
